This agreement is between Maria Kellis (“coach”) and (“client”):
Your Responsibilities:
To show up, on time, for all coaching calls or appointments. To communicate any tardiness to the coach before the scheduled appointment start time. To provide 48 hour prior notification, for any cancellation and re- scheduling. If we are not notified within 48 hours, your session and the cost of it, will be forfeited. In order to avoid this becoming a habit, the coach has the right to revoke this scheduling flexibility.
To be “coachable” – To take the actions and practices given between coaching, along with any other input you receive.
To create a powerful partnership - If agreement is not already paid in full, to make your monthly payments on time, or early. To be in full communication about everything pertinent in your life, including breakdowns. To be at cause in your life in the project areas.
Your Agreements:
I agree to be mindful of my own well being during the course of my sessions and during all classes I choose to attend.
I understand that coaching is not advice giving, psychotherapy or counselling. I agree to seek these or other professional services, if needed.
I am fully responsible for the decisions and actions I take in regards to my life, business and other affairs.
I shall in no way hold the coach liable or responsible for any actions I take during or after this coaching relationship. I release and hold harmless the coach from any liability.
I understand that the coaches make no guarantees and warranties, express or implied, about any results to be achieved.
I understand that my investment in the coaching program represents a commitment on my part to the program for a specific time frame, and as such is for the full term of the agreement, and that my space is now reserved for the timeframe outlined herein. The coach will not share any information revealed during private coaching sessions, except when the coach determines that the situation is harmful or dangerous.
Refunds:
I understand that once the program starts there are no monetary refunds. My commitment is to my healing. If for some reason I want to give up then I understand that my payments are due in full even though the coach will donate them to charity. (The coach does not feel that it is good energetically to keep money that is not given in gratitude.) Yet in the interest of my healing this is a firm commitment.
